IE9 Hover "Hand" Not Showing

description

When hovering over a question in IE9 (in order to then click and expand to see the answer), the hand doesn't show. It shows in other browsers. It does show upon click of the question.

I just tried: IE9, Clean DNN 5.6.3, Default DNN skin, FAQs 5.0.0: no problem, works perfectly.
MB some other modules on the page? Skin problem? .js files laoding?

Have you tried to switch off DNN HTTP compression (Host -> Performance)?
